This year, my grandaughter Nicola went to Toronto with her team to take part in the Nike Grand Prix Track and Field competition. That's her in the middle of the top row. Nicola does exceptionally well in hurdles and high jump and is just as good in the long jump and always manages to come away with a medal or two. It's great to be a good athlete and to have the support and companionship of others in a team environment. Go, Nicola!
