February 2 1964 was a really big day! The introduction of GI Joe, the action figure that was the boy's answer to Barbie, started a tradition that was to last through so many years of our children's lives. My son had one with a lot of the clothes and accessories and I suspect that he has them still, even though his children are now adults! Maybe you had one too?
