That garden!

A short while ago, I was all enthused because the vegetable gardening season was fast approaching and the exciting process of planning and ordering seeds was in full swing. Now it is depression time! The seeds and seedlings were purchased and duly planted in the garden at the right phase of the moon, carefully watered and told to go forth and multiply. What happened? Between the uncertain and unusual weather, hungry deer and rabbits and the usual voracious weeds, words cannot be used on-line to describe the awful results. If I get anything at all out of it I will be very surprised! I give up. Forget the whole thing. No! Next year I will be back again for more of the punishment. Watch this space.
