It did not go away

After having that first snowfall, we fondly believed that that was it - but no, there was more and then more to come. Because a heavy snowfall in my location is unusual, there is not much equipment available for clearing it away so it just piles up until clearing is possible. This, of course, is most inconvenient - parking lots are plugged up and driving in any case is hazardous, but there is one consolation: it makes for a challenging photo opportunity.
