Graffiti is becoming much more prolific. In the right place this is good, but there are other places where it is not acceptable when used to deface public property. But here is an example of a location where it is not only acceptable, but it enhances the environment for the users. This is the skateboard/bike facility, which is a large paved space with slopes, ramps and other skill-testing obstacles where young people gather to demonstrate their abilities and generally hang out. Decorations were, of course, done by the users.
