Around this time of year in my location in the world, this is a familiar sign of Fall and Winter to come. Seems like as soon as school starts again after the Summer break, the weather changes, evenings get shorter and the pinecones and horsechestnuts litter the ground. With the trees showing their golden leaves, one season passes and another waits on the threshold of time.
